The Client:  Aon Corporation is the leading global provider of risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and human capital consulting. Through its 37,000 professionals worldwide, Aon readily delivers distinctive client value via innovative and effective risk management and workforce productivity solutions.  Aon have recently acquired The Benfield group and are currently integrating their business into the AON group.

Process: Aon Group are positioned in a very fast paced and dynamic environment and as such need suppliers/business partners who can react quickly when called upon, as well as organisations who can be pro-active and identify candidates in advance of been asked for them.  We have managed to perform in this space through our ability to build strong networks and understand their business needs.  We have agreed to a strict list of SLA’s that we need to perform to for every position that gets released.  The resource management function will release the roles to us and in turn we provide them with a suitable shortlist of 3 CV’s within 24 hours.  Once a successful placement has been made we will ensure that all the relevant reference and security checks have been completed on behalf of Aon.

Conclusion:  Since November 2008 we have now successfully placed 12 business change contractors and 6 Business Technology consultants at Aon Consulting, Aon Benfield and Aon Risk Services. Through our close working relationship with both the Director of Programmes and the Resourcing function we have established Investigo as a top tier supplier and are now considered a business partner for the group.
