Company:                KPMG
Project:                    Expansion of an advisory team within the Consultancy arm.
Engagement Date:   2009

The Client: KPMG is one of the largest professional services firms in the world and it has three lines of services: audit, tax, and advisory. In 2008 KPMG was named the best big company to work for by The Sunday Times. As a preferred supplier to their business, we were asked to create a strong talent pool for hires within their business improvement team.

Process: After an initial briefing alongside five other preferred suppliers and the Partners in the group we were mandated to hire Associate to Principle level people within the team. With our extensive network within Business Improvement and Change Management we searched our database, which has been populated over the last 14 years for candidates, sent a mailer to all active candidates that matched the specific criteria and headhunted staff from rival advisory businesses.

Conclusion: Over a three month period we had successfully placed 4 consultants within the team 2 of whom came from referrals one from our database and one from a direct headhunt. We are still the top performing supplier to the team.

Client Comment: “Team at Investigo have been the top performing supplier to the KPMG Business Effectiveness team so far this year and I am very grateful for their continued hard work. Through working with the business over an extended period of time, Investigo have built up a very good knowledge of the KPMG Advisory service line and I consider them an important part of the KPMG growth strategy. I would strongly recommend Investigo to clients and candidates alike.” (Senior HR Advisor KPMG)
