The Client: Navigant is a specialized independent consulting firm providing dispute, investigative, operational, risk management and financial advisory solutions to government agencies, legal counsel and large companies facing the challenges of uncertainty, risk, distress and significant change.

Process: After meeting the team we used our network within Financial Services to scope the market for potential candidates. We used our alliances with MBA schools both in the UK and USA, specialist websites for advertising and a strong referral network to headhunt recommended candidates.

Conclusion: Having shortlisted six candidates from an array of applications five were requested for interviews and two were offered jobs, both accepted. We forged an excellent relationship with the firm and now hire across advisory.
