Investigo Property is a specialist recruitment division focusing on middle and senior management specialists within the Property arena. The division is focused on appointments across all levels on a permanent and interim/contract/temporary basis.

We recruit for end users that will include Retailers, Investment Banks, FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 organisations globally as well as:

  • Real Estate Practice and Advisory Firms
  • Facilities Management Service Providers
  • Specialist Build and Refurb Contractors
  • Property Companies and Developers

Positions We Recruit:

Property professionals predominantly within the £45k - £250k salary bracket the types of positions include: Head of Property/Real Estate, Real Estate Strategy/Advisory; Design and Project/Programme Management, Facilities Managers, FM Bid, Operations and Commercial Managers, Acquisitions/Building/ Quantity and General Practice Surveyors. We also have experience of recruiting specialist roles that will include Quality, Health, Safety and Environment when related to the build environment as well as CSR , Energy, Critical Environment Engineering and Sustainability.
