Overview

Our main objective of Investigo Network (IN) is to add value to our external network through recruitment thought-leadership content and inspired networking events. Over the course of 2018 we hosted an array of Investigo Network events, welcoming well over 400 clients and candidates to join us to learn more about topics such as Inclusive Recruitment, Workplace Mental Health, Diversity Quotas and Employee Wellbeing. At these events we bring you industry experts to both inspire and give practical advice on how businesses can progress with their own Diversity and Inclusion journey. The topic is vast, so we believe the information we can offer to support the cause of D&I is a true value add to both our clients and candidates.

How to Improve your Talent Pool diversity | February 2019

It is widely proven that a culturally inclusive environment that hires and retains candidates with varied origins, perspectives and life experiences renders a competitive advantage over others. Our breakfast event brought practical advice on to improve the diversity of your talent pools. This event was facilitated by leading consultancy, The Clear Company, and their qualified experts advised on how to open the gateway to diverse talent though practical advice on job advertising, interview process and positioning yourself as a diverse and inclusive employer. They were joined by HS2 who discussed how they increased the levels of diversity across their business.

Employee Wellbeing | October 2018

For our regional D&I event we welcomed Dan Robertson, to address the challenges surrounding mental health bias in the workplace. Natalie Pennicotte-Collier joined the panel to share practical techniques to enhance Sleep Optimisation & Performance Wellbeing. This event was hosted at the Luton Hoo for our Human Resources Network in the Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire area

Diversity Quotas | September 2018

With increasingly more global businesses now introducing formal diversity targets at key stages within their recruitment processes, our diversity and inclusion breakfast event asked: Is it now time to mainstream formal diversity quotas? The event was facilitated by Dan Robertson from VERCIDA Consulting, widely recognised as a global expert on D&I and inclusive culture change. Dan examined the pros and cons of this hot and growing debate. ​

Workplace Mental Health | May 2018

With one in four people experiencing mental health problems each year, it’s time we all started to talk more about mental health and what better place to start than in the workplace? For our Workplace Mental Health event, we welcomed Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) to join us for an hour’s practical seminar on the topic. They advised on how to spot mental health issues, the first steps of mental health first aid and how to start a conversation around mental health.
