My client currently going through a large transformation, requires a Business Analyst with experience of mapping Customer Journeys.
The project is a Business Simplification & Ops Excellence transformation, covering Customer, Products & Pricing, Data, Systems, Org Design & Restructure. The activities of the Business Analyst will include:
* Mapping end to end customer journey
* All the processes at each element of the customer journey
* Analysis on current state of play based on metrics
The ideal candidate will require:
* Experience in customer journey mapping and similar business simplification projects
* Strong analytical skills for analysing data and metrics
