Our leading UK Banking client are looking for multiple a Lead BA to join a large migration programme.
Candidates must have a solid all round BA skill set. Those who have experience within a large credit card migration programme would be preferred as well as those with credit card knowledge.
The role will have some difficult senior stakeholders and you will be expected to build rapport and work with them on a daily basis.
The business are looking for experienced Lead BAs, with at least 5 years' experience in an established Lead Business Analyst role within Banking.
Key Skills & Experience
* Banking background;
* migration experience;
* Credit cards knowledge;
* 5 years' minimum in an established LBA role within Banking;
* Business analysis skills - requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, solution; assessment, documentation, stakeholder engagement;
* Excellent communications - both for stakeholder management/engagement purposes, and to work well with colleagues
Contracts will be issued for an initial period of 6 months.
