This programme of work is responsible for defining our banking client's office location strategy and for shaping and leading the cultural change and operating models associated with the implementation of flexible and agile working practices to achieve an optimised office location strategy.

The programme requires an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead on implementing the behavioural change programme to enable Agile working.

We will specifically be looking for individuals with experience working across large change programmes within the financial industry, sound coaching and facilitation skills, along with Agile backgrounds - where the methodology is heavily championed.

* Banking background, working across large change programmes
* Sound coaching facilitation skills
* Experience implementing Agile working and / or Remote working
* Extensive Agile experience
* Experience in creating the agile environment from a blank canvas
* Experience in working with the business on new concepts in the ways of working
* Experience in developing activity based working methodologies
* Experience of delivery training and upskilling of people to create Agile Champions who can promote and train others within the organisation

Responsibilities of the role will include;

* Engaging key stakeholders and champions to understand current ways of working
* Working alongside Communications team to gather bespoke information as required
* Coaching leaders and teams to embrace new ways of working
* Managing implementation plans
* Aligning with all delivery teams to ensure milestones are met
* Supporting the work to define how the office will look feel and work to support the business in embedding the agile working practise
* Lead the meeting from the business side and work with 3rd Party office designers to create the TO-BE office layouts fit for the new Agile Working ways, whilst being mindful of H&S requirements
* Lead the engagement strategy with the business units
* Present and work with the Business Units to ensure the TO-BE office and agile working practise are fit for purpose and clearly articulate how they will work on day 1 and onwards
