We have been engaged by a financial services client based in London who are looking for a Service Desk analyst to work within their change & transformation team.

Responsibilities will include:

* Support analysis and gather business requirements around payments -SWIFT, BACS, CHAPS, SEPA, cheques, faster payments, PSD
* Gap analysis
* Root cause analysis
* Process and product mapping and documentation
* Documentation of relevant requirements and collected information
* Develop change methods, tools, standards and governance
* Senior stakeholder engagement
* Work in a self-supporting environment with occasional lead of a small team
* Ensure delivery on budget, to time frames and expectations

It is imperative that those who apply have:

* Payments experience is beneficial
* Service desk / support desk background essential
* Track record of service desk analysis within financial services businesses
* Experience and a track record of delivering change programmes/projects
* Innovative problem solving skills

This is an initial 6 month interim role based in London, paying £225 per day
