Interim/Temp Commission Scheme
The Investigo Platinum Scheme enables interim consultants to earn up to 40% of their margin NFI. A consultant at Investigo who bills £300,000 in margin will earn a minimum of £105,000 and our top performers who bill £500,000 in margin will earn a minimum of £200,000.
The Investigo Platinum Scheme enables Perm consultants to earn up to 40% of their NFI. A consultant at Investigo who bills £250,000 will earn a minimum of £100,000 and our top performers who bill £500,000 will earn a minimum of £200,000.

Our Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) is designed to attract and retain entrepreneurial individuals who understand how to grow a profitable business and create real value. Investigo completed its first MBO in December 2013 and will complete two more “events” between now and 2021/22. As an illustration, an individual who starts a new business stream or opens a new location and grows a team which is delivering a profit of £500,000 at the time of the next “event” will receive Day One cash of £250,000 and the balance of £250,000 as loan stock.
