After spending over 8 years recruiting in property, my interest in the industry brings me to finally buy my first house hopefully in the next couple of months. Whilst I spend my time meeting investment agents, asset managers, valuation surveyors and so on in the commercial sector, I have spent the last 3-6 months trying to gain a stronger understanding of the London residential property market. It is fair to say I know South London pretty well by now!
