1st Line Support Engineer


£200-£250 per day (Inside IR35) - Initial 3 month contract - 4 days remote, 1 day from North London office


Our Local Authorities client have an immediate requirement for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join on an interim 3 month basis, subject to potential extensions.


We are looking for applicants who can start on Monday November 15th, interviews to be held remotely on Wednesday 10th November.


Key duties and skills required for the 1st Line Support Engineer:

  • The 1st Line Support Engineer should be a strong communicator, able to discuss technical issues with end users, and subsequently use technical knowledge to diagnose their issues.
  • The successful candidate will prioritise their workload dependent on the urgency of the ticket, working to deadlines to resolve users' faults.
  • The 1st Line Support Engineers will thrive in working within a wide team, supporting colleagues and working together to ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
