Job description
2nd Line Support Engineer/ Desktop Support Engineer
Urgent need for a 2nd Line Support Engineer/ Desktop Support Engineer - Microsoft environment- initial 3 months contract.
You'll work with a dynamic team of 6 technicians based in the vibrant city centre where it will be your responsibility to investigate and resolve incidents and service requests that 1st line supports cannot handle.
Do you have the following?
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to manage a team and have good relationship skills
- An analytical thinker
- Excellent Planning and Organisation
- Experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer/ Desktop Support Engineer
- knowledge and understanding of Windows desktop operating systems
- Microsoft office
- Server 2008/2012
- Exchange mailbox management
- Printer support
- IPv4 LAN infrastructure
- ITIL experience
