Our client, a software business that provides solutions to the insurance industry has a requirement for an Account Manager to join their expanding team in London.

Key Requirements

• London Market Insurance experience essential
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to interact with and influence c-suite members.
• Experience of designing, contributing or refreshing a Client segmentation programme
• Strong background in developing customer relationships and engagement.
• Successfully able to build new and strengthen existing relationships with core clients
• Direct experience/application of Continuous Improvement methodologies and working practices.
• Able to communicate with ease with all customers and able to listen, simplify complex matters and at times, direct with authority the business' overall vision.
• Able to address customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Strong negotiation skills a with problem solving approach
• Ability to work to strict deadlines whilst multi-tasking across multiple customer requirements.
• Strong MS office skills - specifically in Word, Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
