Account Supervisor

The Account Supervisor is responsible for executional oversight to an assigned book of project work, ensuring that agency work meets the needs and requirements of client objectives and stays within previously established parameters of quality, budget, and timing. The Account Supervisor is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, along with identifying opportunities for executional efficiencies and improved team alignment. The Account Supervisor services as a main agency point of contact for day-to-day executional work, as well as builds and maintains client relationships and client satisfaction. The Account Supervisor will also be responsible for Account Executive oversight, ensuring processes and deliverables are moving fluidly, as well as maintaining communication with supervisors on employee performance and work product for accuracy, timelines, and quality.

Specific Titles & Responsibilities:

The Account Supervisor must have a proven record of independently executing the responsibilities, but must also demonstrate the ability to successfully onboard, train, and coach others in the Account Executive role.

Experience and Education:

Required

• At least 3 years of progressive internal medical communications experience
• Overarching Medical Communications agency experience is a MUST
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred

• Master's degree in business or science
• Experience across multiple products, therapeutic categories, and client companies
• Experience managing direct reports
