Account Supervisor (Healthcare Advertising)

Investigo is recruiting for an enthusiastic Account Supervisor to join an established Independent Healthcare Advertising Agency specialising in multiple therapeutic areas, based in MA. As part of a growing agency, you will be a valuable member of a close knit team with exposure across the company.

The Account Supervisor will have the opportunity to be responsible for building meaningful client relationships and leading the team in all aspects of account management, partnering closely with the creative and scientific teams. You will assist the team in the achievement of the companies objectives. This role will require a high level of tactical understanding and team cohesion.

Key responsibilities include;
* Client relationship building, working closely with both internal and external teams.
* Both strategic and tactical planning to ensure effective execution of the scope of works. This Account will be in the Oncology field.
* Managing expectations between agreed budgets and client demands.
* Represent the agencies interests including objection handling, strategy identification and aligning with the brands positioning.
Qualifications;

• Healthcare Advertising experience is a must.
• Over 4 years of experience in Client Accounts.
• Degree or equivalent experience required.
