My client is an award-winning full-service medical communication agency on the East Coast. They are growing rapidly and are looking to bring on an Account Supervisor to help drive some of their key relationships forward.
The Account Supervisor is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction with a focus on identifying opportunities for executional efficiencies and improved team alignment. You will begin to build robust partnerships externally by providing on-the-money execution. You will be encouraged to contribute some strategic support and develop strong relationships. Internally, you will partner with other company members to come together to build and form an efficient team that produces and executes the very best communication materials.
The Account Supervisor must have a proven record of independently executing the responsibilities outlined above, but must also demonstrate the ability to successfully onboard, train, and coach others in the Account Executive role.
Experience and Education:
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 4 years of progressive account management experience in medical communications. Experience across multiple products, therapeutic categories, and client companies is also preferred. Additionally, the candidate will have a bachelor's degree at the minimum and those with advanced degrees in either business or science will be held in high regard.
