Accounts Assistant

Investigo are delighted to be partnering an international brand with a UK head office in Milton Keynes. Due to continued work load their are looking to recruit a confident Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger Clerk on a part time basis (26 hours a week, flexible as to how they are work).

This is a great opportunity for an individual to gain further experience within transactional finance whilst having the flexibility to work around life commitments.

Key Duties

• Responsible for staff expenses
• Process supplier invoices
• Match PO numbers to supplier invoices
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Assist with preparing journals
• Assist completion of month end accounting process
