Accounts Payable Analyst

Investigo have partnered with a well-known, market leading business based in Watford to find high calibre Accounts Payable Analyst to join their busy and growing Finance team. The role will be Based in their modern offices, the business offers excellent progression opportunities for high performing employees. This a permanent role, paying £28,000.

Key Duties; -

• Co-ordinate group payment runs and ensure payments are within agreed cash-flow values
• Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders, ensuring that purchase order has been correctly approved
• Month-end purchase ledger procedures, reconciliations and analysis
• Query resolution management
• Vendor Account reconciliations
• Travel and Expenses management and reporting
• Supporting cost management and cashflow forecasting
• Maintaining positive internal and external relationships
• Assisting the weekly payment runs and cash flow forecasting relating to vendor payments
• Supporting the wider business in regards to Purchase to pay and best practice
• Assisting the Accounts Payable Manager with any ad hoc projects including expenses

Skills & Experience; -

• Proven experience in working in an accounts payable function
• Track record of improving processes and controls
• Computer literate, including excel & SAP
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
• Able to create strong relationships across the business
• Strong attention to detail
