Accounts Payable Clerk

Investigo is working with a global real estate investment firm in Central London looking for an experienced AP to join their team for a 6 month contract.

Day to day duties involve:

• Preparing payment recommendations in various currencies;
• Reviewing payment recommendations prepared by other team members in various currencies
• Analysing invoices against budgets
• Organising approval and signatories for payments
• Liaising with and providing payment instructions to Administrators
• Responding to supplier queries
• Cash management
• Review of bank reconciliations

Experience required:

• 1 - 3 years AP experience
• Immediate available or 1 week notice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excel skills - vlookups and pivot tables
