Accounts Payable Supervisor

Investigo have partnered with well-respected, large retail business based in Watford, who are looking to recruit for an account's payable supervisor on a full-time permanent basis. Salary will be paying between £29,000-£34,000 depending on experience.

The key responsibilities for the role of Accounts Payable Supervisor:

• Supervising a team of accounts payable clerks who will be performing the day to day activities
• Resolving complex queries
• Building relationships with own portfolio of suppliers, reconciling accounts and statements
• Ensuring the setup of new suppliers on the accounts payable ledger is accurate
• Act as an escalation point for direct reports
• Review completed supplier statement reconciliations

The Successful Applicant:

• Previous experience in a similar role as an Accounts Payable Supervisor
• The ability to prioritise work
• Data entry skills are a must
• Experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• A positive personality
• Excellent attention to detail
