Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Investigo are recruiting an Accounts Receivable Supervisor for a client based in Northampton.

In the position of Accounts Receivable Supervisor Northampton you will support the Accounts Receivable Manager to ensure the firms cash flow position is maximised inline with company standards. The work you and your team will do has a direct impact on the Credit Control Team's ability to collect debtor balances, the Service Lines within the business being able to track performance v targets and for the SLT to effectively manage the working capital of the business. It is important to get things right first time.

You will be part of a wider Credit Control team who are tasked with the collection of the Firm's accounts receivable. For the Credit Controllers to do their jobs effectively, your success in maintaining the ledgers is a pivotal role.

You will be used to working to tight deadlines and responsible for ensuring your work and that of your team, is of good quality and delivered in accordance with our timetables. There will be opportunities to think differently, key goals for this role will be to explore new ways of working and new ways of providing value to the Credit Control and wider Finance teams.

The Profile

Previous Sales ledger or Accounts receivable experience ideally at supervisory or team leader level

Ability to coach, mentor and develop the skills of your team

Good excel skills as you will be working with large volumes of data

Excellent communication skills

The Salary

£27,000 to £32,000 plus full benefits package
