Assistant Accountant

Investigo are pleased to be partnering with a small owner managed business based in Milton Keynes. They are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their small and friendly Finance team. In this role you'll be reporting directly to the Company Accountant and be responsible for producing the group management accounts.

Duties to include:

• Producing monthly management reports
• Processing VAT returns
• Extracting data from CRM to company system
• Carrying out bank reconciliations & credit card reconciliations
• Posting monthly journals
• Responsible for maintaining all financial ledgers
• Assisting in day to day management of finance team
• Supporting with year end procedures

Ideally you'll be AAT qualified or suitably qualified by experience, along with being a confident accountant who can work independently. This is a great friendly working environment where you're truly valued as a member of staff.
