Associate Director - Commercial Property Management - London

Investigo are working with a reputable and well-established Property Consultancy in London, who due to a significant increase in tenant activity is recruiting for an Associate Director to join their Commercial Property Management team.

The portfolio is a mixture of commercial office and retail units being managed for in behalf of an Investment Fund. This team would have recruited for someone of this level in the Summer anyway, but given the recent changes there is now an immediate requirement.

The person

• MRICS Chartered Surveyor
• Previous experience of commercial property management
• Retail Property Management experience would be useful in the short-term, but exposure to a variety of assets is preferred
• Good team player and ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communicator
