TITLE:

Associate Director/Director/Senior Director/Executive Director, Biologics Technology (title dependent on experience)

TYPE:

Full-time, permanent

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide scientific leadership in novel biologic platform building and development through working with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Recruit and lead a research team to drive projects: Develop novel biologic platforms; identify and generate appropriate biologic products to support target discovery; Manage CROs as needed.
• Collaborate with internal functional teams and external experts as appropriate to develop scientific strategy for novel target identification.
• Propose and develop innovative methodologies and technologies for project development.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• PhD (and/or MD) in a relevant, scientific field with 6+ years of industry experience
• Expertise in protein engineering and/or bispecific/multi-specific antibody engineering
• First-hand experience working with scientist in driving target project through different discovery phases.
• Ability to drive and influence projects from discovery through early clinical development.
• Experience managing a group of scientists to drive project.
• Experience with biologic drug discovery is a plus.
