Business Analyst

A London based local authority is looking for a new Business Analyst to join them on a temporary basis to assist with a Digital Workstream Project ASAP for an initial 6 months!

The role is fully remote and with an immediate start following a quick interview process.

The successful candidate will analyse forms that sit on the external website. The authority in question has over 300 forms, all built on different platforms. We need someone who will analyse these to establish the following:

1. Opportunity to make them consistent i.e. order of field labels, labelling of field names; thus forming/building upon our existing design principles.
2. Opportunity for automation via the use of RPA (robotics process automation)
3. Opportunity for digitising (what platform should we rebuild our existing word and/or PDF forms on)
4. Opportunity to rationalise and reduce the number of forms we publish on the website
5. What platform a particular type of form should be built on e.g. all forms that require a resident to make a payment online should be built on Dynamics365

In turn, a pipeline of form updates will be created and given to the development teams to work upon.
