Business Analyst - Customer Journey - FinTech

Remote Role - office space in London available

FinTech, business analyst, business analysis, customer side of change, end to end customer journey, onboarding, MS Dynamics, client care, client management, stakeholder management, testing, implementation.

Our leading FinTech client are looking to add BA support in it's team that offers customer / client support post both during & post implementations. The team look at enhancing the end to end customer journey and experience & help implement new products & services to the ecosystem. The role will be a core BA position with a heavy focus around end to end customer journey orientation / delivery for the client base. The roles will involve both client management alongside internal stakeholder management.

The business are looking for the following experience:

  • Financial services - ideally small FinTech / challenger banking exposure
  • Business analysis
  • Customer side of change
  • End to end customer journey delivery
  • Client management
  • Customer onboarding
  • MS Dynamics - not essential but desirable
  • Testing

The role will involve

  • Managing clients through delivery
  • End to end customer journey delivery
  • Testing / go live events

This team & role plays a key part in the business growing and offering it's clients outstanding customer support / service. The team will grow along with it's client base. The position requires a customer centric BA that is keen to be hands on in the detail of the client journey.

The role can be fully remote however office space is available in central London.
