Our specialist lending client are looking to add BA resource to their growing team as the business undertakes a substantial amount of change across the organisation. That change will involve both system, IT & technical upgrades as well as process improvement across the organisation.

The role will be internally facing & require interaction across; operations, risk, IT & compliance. The ideal candidate will have financial services experience & be hungry to develop their skillset as a BA within the organisation.

The role will involve;

• Working with internal business units to undertake gap analysis
• Testing - writing test scripts & working with specific UAT testing functions
• Process improvement & impact assessments
• Working with technical teams on system upgrade pieces of work
• Providing key project documentation
• Putting together & presenting PowerPoint presentations
• Stakeholder management

The business are looking for the following experience;

• Financial services
• Ideally 3 + years working in a BA or junior BA capacity (wider project work considered)
• Management key stakeholders
• MS Office expert
• Exposure to risk, compliance, IT and regulatory controlled projects
• Working as part of a team

This is a position within the business that would suit someone in the early part of their BA career. It is a small company where you will be exposed to high level parts of the business. You will get the chance to work with key senior leaders within the business & improve your skillset whilst working as part of a great company.

The business are based in Berkshire however are currently working remotely. They will consider candidates looking to work remotely permanently in the future as the business has performed positively throughout the pandemic.
