Our leading FS client are looking for a BA to join it's Payments / Service delivery function to help improve it's service offering to clients. The BA will act as the single BA in the function & will work closely with both sales, service, & the wider project team to understand if ideas for service improvements could be taken into practice.
The business are looking for a candidate with the following experience:
- Business analysis within a financial services organisation
- Some exposure to service delivery, either within a project or hands on service delivery
- Customer / client journey
- Business process mapping
The role will involve:
- Working with stakeholders to define concepts & ideas to improve service
- Working with clients to understand their needs & expectations around service
- Mapping business processes
- Writing customer journeys
- Operating with sales teams to understand validity of new products & services
The BA will act as a key change head within the service area of the business, ensuring that new customer offerings / services are correctly. It requires a BA who can operate without a huge change function behind them to pull together the service team to ensure excellent client products & services.
The role sits inside IR35 however holiday pay is added & the client cover employers NI.
