Reporting to the Head of Business Architecture, the Business Architect will be supporting both a key portfolio of work and the wider expansion of Business Architecture across the business.

This role will support integration and alignment of activities with the Target Operating Model and Capability Model Designs due to start shortly.

In the immediate term, a Business Architect is required to work on a key portfolio to run day to day design activities, liaise with the product teams to create consistent solutions and liaise with business stakeholders for input and answers to design questions.

Required skills

• Proven experience of Business Architecture / process design domains.
• Sound understanding of the insurance industry / insurance processes etc.
• Previous consulting experience (ideally big 4).
• Experience of contributing to projects and programmes on a strategic level.
