Currently working with a small but growing insurance organisation in Liverpool. As a consequence of this growth the business is looking to build its project / change capability further and is initially looking to recruit a number of business change analysts. There is a broad project portfolio which involve significant change to business with a key focus on process change. The successful candidates will have a proven track record of business analysis / business change combined with strong insurance industry experience. A sound understanding of Agile Methodology is also key.
