Investigo are pleased to be supporting a recognisable organisation with their search for a Business Change Manager. To be considered for this position you must be fluent, both written and verbal in German. You split your time between Hertfordshire and Germany, supporting various senior stakeholders throughout the implementation of Workday.

The role will have a major impact on the growth strategy in Germany, supporting a huge change agenda. Suitable candidates will have extensive change management experience, ideally in a sizeable, international organisation. You will have experience working on a HR system implementation Project with Workday being highly desirable.
Duties and responsibilities:

• Clearly define and take ownership of appropriate governance, controls and reporting
• Present business change plans to various stakeholders and board members
• Manage senior stakeholders internationally ensuring best communication is conducted at all times. Regularly updating on the progress on programmes
• Spearhead change into the various work-streams, through advisory and application of best practices in change management
• Work with various SME's to deliver programme change
• Partner and support Project and Programme Managers
• Regularly communicate progress to senior stakeholders and steer groups
• Delivery of repeatable mobilisation phase for business change on projects
• Regularly identify resource requirements to deliver business change.
