My client, a leading Consultancy, are seeking a Business Relationship Manager to help manage a 3 year IT transformation, including ERP and Infrastructure programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise and lead the Change and Communications work-stream for the wider IT Transformation
• Acts as a liaison between IT and other business units in the organisation
• Analysis and proactive management of business demand for new services
• Integrating demand analysis and planning with complementary strategic, operational and change planning processes
• Establishes and maintains positive business relationships between stakeholders
• Assesses the implications of new digital solutions. Defines the requirements and quantifies the business benefits

Candidates must have:

• Knowledge of change management with experience of delivering change programmes
• Previous experience working as a business relationship manager/ change manager on large scale IT programmes
• Preferably experience with ERP and infrastructure programmes
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to act as the conduit between IT and the Business
• Managed change management and comms activity across multiple programme workstreams
