Job description

My client, a leading Consultancy, are seeking a Change Manager to lead the change and communication plan for a large-scale IT Transformation, including SharePoint, CRM and a Dynamics implementation

Key Responsibilities

  • Devise and lead the Change and Communications work-stream for the wider IT Transformation
  • Manage key stakeholders and 3rd party providers to develop a training plan for users on process, technical and behaviours to ensure a smooth go live
  • Devise a change and communications plan to ensure successful engagement within the business
  • Conduct change/impact analysis on the various affects of the programme on users
  • Help devise a change framework in order to successfully deliver the programme

Candidates must have:

  • Knowledge of change management with experience of delivering change programmes
  • Proven experience as a Change Lead on large scale IT and ERP programmes
  • Recent Dynamics experience is desirable
  • An understanding of Learning and Development techniques to inform the training approach
