Job description
This international professional services firm with offices spanning across EMEA, US and APAC regions are now on the lookout for an experienced Finance focused Change Manager to lead their finance transformation programme. Already familiar with core change management principles, tools and methodologies, your main challenge here will be engaging key stakeholders and influencing people. Whilst this may sound obvious, it is more prevalent in this business where we are looking to break away from some remaining traditional ways of working.
You will be brought in at the start of the programme to ensure you see the full life cycle and will be responsible for the full change management process. Your main objective is to replace the management system - which is responsible for all core accountancy functions and controls, revenue and billing procedures. It has high exposure across the business and will have an impact on most functions and business units. You will be managing the replacement of this system but also review and drive new business processes - improving current ways of working and standardising across the organisation.
Typical duties would include:
- Applying a structured approach and leading change management activities
- Creating a strategy to support adoption of changes required
- Assessing change impact - impact analysis, readiness assessment, etc
- Supporting coaching and training programs
- Engaging, coaching and supporting senior business leaders and managers
- Integrating change into overall programme plan
- Defining measurements for success, ensuring change progress is on point
