Change / Communications Lead - Insurance (12 Month FTC)

Change / Communications Lead required by a leading Lloyd's Insurer located in London (City). Supporting a broad portfolio of projects, the Change / Communications Lead will be responsible for creating and implementing change management / communication strategies and plans focusing on employee adoption, usage and minimum resistance.

You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.

You will work with a broad range of peers and stakeholders and have responsibility for coaching senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor. The Change / Communications Lead will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 year's experience working as a Change / Communications Lead
• Experienced in creating and delivering change / communications strategies.
• Proven insurance industry knowledge.
• Expert in delivering change in an international environment with multiple stakeholders
