Job description

Our client is a global leader operating in the hospitality industry, currently searching for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join their London office.

As a long-standing leader in the industry the firm has gone through large scale growth, which has allowed it to become an international player, develop a strong brand, and create multiple successful brands under their name enabling them to expand into different market segments.

This role will provide you with a range of responsibilities and ownership with a primary focus on maximising revenue, market share and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes with the exciting addition of international travel (if desired).

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop, oversee and manage sales and pricing strategies
  • Drive commercial performance and analysis with the help of KPI's
  • Manage and maintain inventory controls through proactive implementations and reviews
  • Provide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics, and demand factors
  • Prepare weekly/monthly forecasts and yearly budgets
  • Ensure shopping data is relevant, appropriate and analysed regularly
  • Ensure all revenue management decisions are in line with relevant data analysis
  • Work with the revenue team to reach improvements of operating procedures and new opportunities
  • Build an excellent working relationship with commercial teams to maintain their support on RM decisions

Necessary Skills:

  • Practical experience of commercial revenue management in the hospitality, travel or leisure space
  • Experience of managing a commercial team, preferable
  • Ability to analyse data and identify market trends
  • Knowledge of the daily management and operation of a Revenue Management Department
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and World knowledge
  • Systems experience of PMS, RMS, CRS and Access, desirable
