Job description

I am partnered with one of Europe's fastest growing hospitality brands, looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join their Head Office in London.

The firm is an innovative and global accommodation brand, focused on providing a unique and market-specific offering. They are real estate backed which has further spurred on their growth and provided a dynamic environment both internally and externally. With a key focus on being quality and design-led, they stand out from their competitors and have managed to appeal to a large and diverse audience.

If you are an experienced Revenue Manager looking to take your next step in a dynamic and creative organisation, this is the position for you. The role allows for close contact with the Head of Revenue Management, alongside other senior stakeholders from the start. You will have the opportunity to take huge ownership over the accommodation strategies and take initiative in suggesting ideas and tactics for dealing with market changes.

Main responsibilities:

  • Producing the annual budget and upcoming plans alongside the sales and marketing team
  • Analyse reports and relevant data to come up with revenue management strategies
  • Maximise total revenue for each one of your properties through business mix optimisation and rate manipulation
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to higher management
  • Produce forecast of daily demand for your market segments
  • Take ownership of the overbooking strategy to maximise occupancy levels
  • Monitor and oversee all functions of the revenue management systems
  • Work alongside the Finance team to explore new distribution channels and partners for the business
  • Coach and mentor the technical competence of the wider team

Necessary Skills:

  • 2+ years in a Revenue Management position
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, preferable
  • Knowledge of the global travel and accommodation market
  • Fluency in English, another language would be desirable
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Technical proficiency within hospitality systems
