CME Medical Director (remote)

We are seeking a Science Director for a CME company offering the opportunity to work fully remote! The Science Director is responsible for developing CME/CE activities for professional audiences. The Science Director must have the ability to quickly analyze and assimilate healthcare industry market, therapeutic area, and CME/CE compliance information in order to develop initiatives that exceed client expectations and contribute to business development efforts.

This position requires extensive interaction with external faculty and relies on close collaboration with cross-functional internal business development and implementation teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare industry, CME compliance, and assigned therapeutic areas
• Develop outcomes assessment plans and tools (learner surveys, evaluations, MIPS) to measure the impact and effectiveness of educational initiatives
• Analyze outcomes procured from learner surveys for inclusion in the outcomes assessment report
• Involved in presenting outcomes assessments to Supporters and/or faculty, as needed
