£35k- £40k + Package

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in successful estimating within Commercial, Construction, Facilities Management or comparable industry
• Proven experience within a data analysis/comparable role
• Demonstrable experience and track record of accurate costings and being part of a winning team.

Client & Customer Satisfaction:

• Establish and maintain excellent working relationships based on open and honest communication with client representatives and supplier to ensure confidence in our business and to present a credible and professional image.
• Must have the ability to communicate and articulate value propositions up to board level

Contribute to business results and profits:

• Manage all pricing and commercial risk aspects of a project.
• To deliver the defined annual sales targets
• To support the business in strategic rebids
• To support the businesses Global opportunities as and when required
• To support the development of existing accounts which have major growth potential
