Commercial Finance Analyst

Investigo are excited to be partnering with a real estate business based in Central London offering an excellent opportunity to join their business on a 12 month contract.

This role would suit somebody who has gained experience working with implementing new systems. This role is extremely commercial so requires a high degree of senior stakeholder business partnering.

Duties will include:

• FP&A lead for reporting and forecasting for sales, marketing and costing functions
• Managing/reporting on divisional forecasting - consolidating territories and producing forecast reports
• Senior stakeholder business partnering
• Presenting data and analysis
• Adhoc project reports
• Implementing new reporting systems

Must have requirements:

• Educated to degree level and studying CIMA/ACA or ACCA
• FP&A experience with business partnering exposure
• Good excel knowledge with financial modelling knowledge
