Commercial Finance Manager

My client is one of the UK's leading property developers involved in many of the leading growth sectors in Real Estate and they are currently looking for an erudite individual to join their high calibre team in a very commercially focused finance position. The role will require the candidate to drive profitability across the given developments and to build strong working relationships across the wider company and to drive efficiencies.

The role itself is as follows:

Key Responsibilities

• Business partner with the development managers to drive the business forward
• Build complex financial models
• Review existing models for accuracy
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Work with corporate finance leads
• Work alongside the property team in terms of site acquisitions
• Cash flow forecasting
• Analyse financial returns

Key Requirements

• ACA qualification
• Strong academic background
• Excellent excel skills
• Real Estate experience
