Commercial Finance Manager

Investigo Private Equity are currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager, to join a Private Equity backed AI platform on a permanent basis. This Commercial Finance Manager position will hold 0 financial reporting responsibilities and will based entirely around analysing data and helping the business to make key strategic and commercial decisions, based on the data that the central finance team produces. This Commercial Finance Manager role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ideally looking to make their 2nd move within industry and work with an accomplished Finance Director on making well informed decisions.

The Role

• Partner various senior business stakeholders, providing a financial lens for every aspect of commercial decision making.
• Create Financial Models for the business to bring visibility to financial data and to aid decision making
• Provide financial analysis and advice for commercial deals or corporate transactions inline with the companies growth strategy.
• Lead the delivery of key financials including budget and monthly results
• Line management responsibility for a junior commercial analyst

Your Profile

• Qualified Accountant. The preference is ACA qualified from Transaction Services but open to all qualifications
• Strong financial modelling experience
• Experience of working with the technology/AI space, ideally for a PE/VC owned organisation
• A demonstrable experience of aiding with commercial decisions

Salary

£65,000 - £75,000 + bonus (DOE)
