Through recent changes in finance, the business have identified a need to improve their planning process and are seeking recruit a qualified Commercial Finance Manager (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) to help improve commercial links between finance and operations.
The position on offer is highly diverse with a focus on sales and margin. You will be working cross functionally with the commercial teams, sales and business channel leads and focusing on driving sales & business performance, commercial projects, alongside ad-hoc analysis and board level reporting. The role is an exciting mix of FP&A and business partnering and would suit individuals able to demonstrate a sound ability to forge long term business relationships with a diverse stakeholder group.
We are looking for qualified candidates (Newly qualified and post qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a sound commercial mindset, able to contribute to the development of the wider business strategy, either from an FP&A analysis, commercial finance or business partnering background. You will have a previous experience of sales and margin a focus on accuracy, attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem solving. Those who have worked within retail, FMCG or a multi-site hospitality business would hold a distinct advantage
