Commercial Finance Manager - Marketing

A leading Global Technology organisation based in the heart of London is currently looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager to drive Sales of their many products.

Key Responsibilities;

• Responsible for providing financial advice and insights to the Marketing Leadership team on all commercial related matters for marketing investment to improve business performance and support decision-making.
• Manage weekly flash for performance marketing including installs model and sales call reporting
• Manage fortnightly general marketing/consumer media flash for group reporting
• Prepare leadership packs and ensuring cost centre owners are fully aware of their costs
• Being a valued and trusted business partner providing supportive challenge and valuable insight, driving a culture of ongoing continual improvement and lead the implementation of those improvements
• Translate financial and non-financial marketing metrics into actionable operating plans to support key stakeholders in driving the business forward

Key Skills

• ACA or CIMA qualified
• Experience of managing forecasts
• Strong commercial acumen, as well as demonstrable experience of understanding relationships between key financial and non-financial business drivers across revenue and marketing investment
• Strong business partnering experience
• Confidence and gravitas in working with and challenging senior management
• Collaborative in building robust relationships within the King community
• Experience in presenting commercial and financial metrics to non-finance teams
• Comfortable working with big data sets
• Advanced excel skill and experience and initiative in building robust financial models
