Commercial Finance Manager - Property

Investigo are partnering a well known Property company in Surrey to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager with excited progression opportunities.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the opportunity is highly commercial position for an experienced, qualified accountant with a broad experience base to work with the Senior Management Team, developing teams and other key staff, a senior role to drive all financial aspects of the planning and delivery of multiple sites, that will be delivered over the coming years.

Responsibilities:

• Providing thorough financial appraisals to promote and support the business plan of the development in the context of the wider plan for the site and the broader aims of the business.
• Sales and Build project analysis- sales rates vs build rates
• Responsibility for all financial aspects of the development, including financial control, profit and cash flow forecasting, real time appraisals.
• Driving quality reporting and presentation, both within and outside of the pure financial reporting into wider project reporting, including presentation to senior management.
• Monitor and challenge project cost reporting, including land, development, construction and sales and marketing costs.

Looking for:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
• Experience in Property, construction or housebuilders
• Motivated with a positive 'can do' attitude
• Ability to partner with key stakeholders and the ability to push back for the best of the business
