Commercial Performance Manager

My client are a large business based in Hertford looking for a Commercial Performance Manager for their fun, buzzy team!

This role is up to £42,000 and flexible working from home and office.

Responsibilities:

* KPI and written report and ongoing maintenance of audit evidence
* Weekly Business Reviews
* Ensure governance structure adhered to - Monthly/Quarterly business reviews, service management meetings, quarterly financial reconciliations
* Weekly meetings for contract compliance, risk management and action planning (accelerating performance, addressing under performance)
* Performance tracking for existing and new business
* Support development of Commercial Performance and Planning Executive

Personal Requirements:

* Proven ability to analyse data
* Experience in commercial management preferred
* Proven track record of building effective relationships
* Excel - advanced and experience using SQL Server and Power Query preferred
* Work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
