Investigo are working with a Commercial Landlord in London who are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Manager for a 9 month FTC

The Role

• Client Liaison
• Operational Property Management issues
• Lease set ups, rent and service charge management for new customers
• Ensure all required compliance is met
• Assist in the preparation and review of the service charge budget
• oversee service charge and insurance renewals

The Person

• Previous experience of commercial property management
• Lease and service charge management
• Structured client reporting
• Ability to communicate complex information to a variety of levels
• Exceptional customer service levels and stakeholder management
