Commercial Property Manager - £40-50,000 - London

Investigo are working with an organisation in London to recruit for a Commercial Property Manager on a permanent basis.

The Role

• Full management and monitoring of a diverse portfolio of investments
• Overseeing rent reviews and service charge budgeting
• Identifying repairs and overseeing the management of the repairs
• Direct liaison with and producing reports for the fund managers
• Identifying value add asset management opportunities

The Person

• Commercial property management experience
• Ability to work independently and off the back of you own initiative
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Good communicator
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team player
