Commercial Support Specialist

We are exclusively partnered with an innovative and leading PE backed business to seek the talents of a Commercial Support Specialist to join their highly skilled team. They are looking for someone to be part of the internal team supporting the wider business in commercial operations.

You'll have direct exposure at C-level.

Responsibilities

• Arranging the delivery of new offerings from providers.
• Applying standard and bespoke commercial constructs from supply to delivery.
• Designing and supplying new offerings for customers.
• Managing analytics on internal data to boost company margins.
• Warranting commercial delivery compliance for all customers.
• Working to challenging SLAs within a ticketing system.
• Assisting with ad hoc projects.
• Reviewing and cross-examining commercial data to guarantee its accuracy and integrity.

What you need

• Experience in a commercial or operations role. Pricing/commercial background preferred, but also considering accounting/finance/billing backgrounds.
• High numerical skills, and IT literacy, including advanced Excel and MS Office tools.
• Ability to analyse large amounts of data and make it clear and easily understandable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are a quick learner and have the ability to solve problems efficiently.
• Ability to work in a high-pressured environment while maintaining high organisational skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools (ZenDesk, SalesForce) and service desk are highly advantageous.
• Experience in Telecommunications/Mobile Networks desirable, but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
